STEP-X  "The Biggest Question of All"
Are you aware the 1st key to all success and personal productivity is understanding... "We become what we THINK about?"
​Have you heard, "Your thoughts determine what you want, your actions/activities determine what you get?"
STEP-X  "Mindset"
Mentally, are you growing or, are you already dead?
Do you regularly expose your mind to the ‘build-a-better-future ideas’ from experts found in books, videos, audios and articles?

Do you realize the only real barriers or obstacles to your success are the ones you have created in your own mind?
STEP-X  "The WHAT Phrase"
Do you know what you want to achieve, more than anything else it’s possible for you to achieve in your entire lifetime? (Hint: This is the highest priority you have for your whole life. a/k/a Your biggest single goal in life or, your major purpose in life.)
How good does it get?
How much is enough?
​Have you written down, in graphic detail, what this one major, big-time, heavy-duty, lifetime goal is?
STEP-X  "The WHY Phase"
Assuming you do know the answer to question number one, do you know WHY you want what you identified in question number one? Have you created the longest possible hand written list of “Reasons Why?” achieving your life’s number one goal would add value and personal satisfaction to your life?
STEP-X  "The PLANNING Phase"
Can you master managing/controlling your (1) Time, (2) Personal Finances, (3) Assets/Advantages, (4) Thoughts, feelings, actions/activities and... (5) The way you apply "Universal Laws"? 
Do you have a plan to achieve your single biggest goal in life?
​Have you hand written out the details, as you currently understand them, to achieve your number one goal?

Did you factor in how "Universal Laws" (the external factors you don't control but,) can work in your favor when you apply them to help you co-create your better future?
STEP-X  "The PREPARATION Phase"
Are you currently preparing yourself to follow you plan or, are you already properly prepared to follow your plan?
STEP-X  "Habits & Habit Development"
Since 95% of your success in life is based on your ‘daily routines’, a/k/a “habits” (stored in your sub-conscious mind), do you know the four step strategy for replacing less effective habits with higher value habits that cause higher value results in your life?
STEP-X  "Time Management" (The 2nd key to personal productivity.)
How well are you managing your time?
Do you try to 'find time' to do the important things you need to do or, do you purposely 'making time' for the important things you need to do?
​Do you 'chart' your time, measured in minutes to identify where the interuptors and time wasters are in your life?

Do you realize, time is exactly like money, the more wisely you invest time the greater the yield.
At any given moment in time, what is the most profitable that you could be doing?”
If you're in professional sales, do you realize making face-to-face contacts and presentations is always going to be the most profitable thing you can be doing?
STEP-X  "Relationships"
Are the five people you spend the most time with more like the person you want to become or, are they more like the person you wish you weren’t?
STEP-X  "Failure vs Temporary Failure"
Does the idea of ‘temporary failure’ in your projects bother you?
STEP-X  "Commitment"
Is your level of commitment to your success stronger than your feelings?
​Can you still perform at your highest level of productivity on your worse days, when you really don’t ‘feel’ like doing your best?
STEP-X  "Self-Confidence / Self-Image"
​Do you perceive help from others is essential or a sign of weakness?
As you do the work that you find the most interesting and satisfying, are you able to continue even when people you know disapprove or make fun of you?
Do you avoid negative people, situations and news sources? 
Is your life influenced by negative thinkers who are judgmental, envious, control freaks, arrogant, victim mentalities, liars, or gossipers?  
Are you properly organized to always do your best in every situation?
Do you eat what you should to cause you to be as healthy as possible?
Have you ever practiced body language that communicates personal power? (TED TALK - Body language power poses.)

Do you strengthen your mind by regularly reading books/articles, watching videos, or listening to audios to build-a-better-life?
Do you discard the negative thoughts that don't build you up?
Do you live a lifestyle of personal growth?

Do you regularly say negative things about yourself that you wish were never true?
Do you dress for success?
Have you ever taken public speaking classes at Toastmasters?
Separate from work, do you realize how important you are to others in your life?

Do you have a history of finishing as many things as you start or, is that an area of your life that ‘needs much improvement’?
STEP-X  "Energy Cycle"
Do you know when you tend to be at your best physically and mentally?
Do you schedule your more challenging tasks during those times of peak performance?
