Jimmy's Notes
Five big takeaways...
(1) Charismatic people are not perfect. Embrace your imperfections.
(2) Don't be a conversational narcissist. When you're with others, focus on how you can ask the most interesting questions. How can you get others to tell you their story? (3) Gush, don't gossip. When you speak of others, those traits you identify about them, by transference, is how people think of you. (4) Body language. Keep your hands visible. Palms open where the other person can see them. Builds trust. (5) Eye contact, briefly notice the eye color. Creates focus. More examples and details are in the video.

Jimmy's Notes
(1) It's a good idea to get third party feedback on your inner actions with others. (2) A deep dive 360 tells you things about yourself you may have never
realized before. Olivia gives two great examples of 'the elephant in the room' and the 'dead fish' observation. (3) Presence is where you get the biggest bang for for buck. Where ever you are, be there. Must be present to win. Stay focused. (4) Eye contact is key. (5) Body language is controlled by your subconscious mind. Learn to become fascinated with everyone you meet. More to learn in the video.

Jimmy's Notes
Four big takeaways...
(1) Look people in the eye as you speak to them. (2)  Narrow eyes communicate more of your
feelings. (3) Be expressive with your eyebrows, tilt your head. (4) Close out the conversation with body language before you break eye contact. More details are in the video.
