The Boy Scouts said it best, "Be Prepared!"
(From Jim Vaughan) This past week I had the opportunity to travel to Chicago to attend a 2 day conference with some of the most outstanding and brilliant minds in the Personal Achievement Industry. Wednesday, the day I arrived, I began to have difficulty breathing. By Friday evening I couldn't control my breathing and truthfully thought I was going to die. EMS took me to a local hospital, stabilized me as much as they could and began a pattern of care to help me get better. It was a scary experience. From the many tests they gave me I learned how my previously casual health attitudes had put me exactly where I was. Health wise, this event could best be described as my "Come to Jesus" meeting. I learned excessive water around my heart and lungs was preventing them from functioning normally. I learned my heart is not as strong as it should be but, with diet, exercise and medications my heart should be normal in about six months. Because of my new behaviors following this major health scare I will probably live longer. Not everything that happens to you is bad. Long term, I needed a wake up call. The two major lessons here are... (1) I take full responsibility for what happened. It was nobody's fault but my own. (2) Long term, not every "bad" thing that happens in your life is bad. Sometimes, it may even save your life.

Some of the training courses we talk about on this site offer affiliate marketing programs involving commissions. Nothing you will see on this page was chosen for that reason. If we believe in the program, we added it to the site. Our long term reputation for excellence is far more valuable to us than any short term commissions we might earn from a sale.
